Team Suits, Bags, etc.
USC Team suits, team bags, goggles, practice suits, are available for order.
Due date for all team orders is 9/23/11.
Order online using the links below or print and complete an EQUIPMENT ORDER FORM PAGE 1 & PAGE 2 and mail it with a check payable to Swimville to Nikki Hetrick 420 Chardon Ave., Chardon OH 44024 All orders placed with the team by 10/28 will save on shipping cost. Items will be delivered at practice. Anyone ordering after the deadline will pay shipping and items will be shipped directly to the swimmers.

ACCOUNT CREATION INSTRUCTIONS: You must follow these steps in order to access the USC team site on SwimvilleUSA
In the upper left hand corner of the page is a button that reads "sign in". Click this button.
On the next page scroll down and click "Create Account".
The next page is a form in which in the center of the page is a box that reads "Team Code". In the block next to "Team Code" enter: usc092010.
Complete the rest of the form and push the "continue" button. Upon pushing the button, the page will reset and "Team: University Swim Club" will appear at the top of the Products section on the left hand side of the page - you may need to scroll down to see this.
After you log in, Click the "Team : University Swim Club" link on the left side (you may need to scroll down) and you will be able to see all of the team specific products we are offering, such as bags and swimsuits.
If you already have a personal account on the SwimvilleUSA web site but it is not associated with USC, or if you have any questions about ordering online, please call 800-595-1153, and be sure to tell them you are with USC.
